Data we collect
Through the booking request form we collect: full name, mobile number, email address, nationality, number of adults and children, city and preferred area, check-in and check-out dates, number of nights, arrival time, accommodation and room preferences, budget range, meal plan, special requests, payment preference, VAT invoice requirement and company details where applicable.
For security and abuse prevention we also record the IP address, browser user agent and submission timestamp of each request.
Why we collect it
Your data is used solely to process your accommodation booking request: to check availability with licensed accommodation providers, to prepare a quotation, to issue booking and invoice documents, and to provide support until the booking is completed.
Who we share it with
Guest and stay details are shared only with the licensed accommodation providers and authorized service providers needed to fulfil your request, and with payment providers where a payment is processed. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing purposes without consent.
Retention
Booking records are retained for the period required by Saudi tax, tourism and commercial record-keeping regulations, then securely deleted.
Security
The portal is served over HTTPS. Booking submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection, stored on access-restricted server directories and emailed over authenticated, encrypted SMTP.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to the record-keeping obligations above. Contact our support team with your booking reference number to make a request.
